fix/dry-buckets emptying well buckets that are in use

weak creatures actually take a long time to haul the well bucket back up. Saving and loading while the bucket is being hauled up will run the fix and empty the bucket, forcing the weak creature to draw water from the well again and slowly haul it back up.
