Update Desktop Shortcut & Environment

This pull request includes various updates and improvements across multiple configuration and script files. The most significant changes involve the restructuring of user preference restoration into a separate script, updates to desktop entry files, and modifications to script files for enhanced functionality.

User Preference Restoration:

• Moved the restoration of Firefox, desktop, and Plymouth theme configurations from 00-pre-installation.sh to a new script 15-user_preference.sh. This new script includes functions to handle each restoration task and checks for root user execution. [1] [2]

Desktop Entry Updates:

• Updated the Exec command in desktop/DIT.desktop to point to a new URL.
• Renamed desktop/localization.desktop to desktop/blue.desktop and updated its Exec command.
• Added new desktop entries desktop/nav.desktop and desktop/yellow.desktop for navigation and localization scripts. [1] [2]

Script Enhancements:

• Added new scripts share/scripts/nav.run, share/scripts/remove.sh, and share/scripts/yellow.run to manage Docker Compose sessions for navigation and localization tasks using tmux. [1] [2] [3]

Configuration Adjustments:

• Modified the gap_x, gap_y, and font settings in .config/conky/conky-esp-config/.conky_esp32 for better display alignment and font usage.
• Added an additional command to the conky.text section in .config/conky/conky-esp-config/.conky_esp32.

Data Update:

• Updated the voltage value in share/data/voltage.cache from 19.5 to 00.0.
