Wrap the Principal Investigator and Data Contact sections in <fieldset> tags. Move the heading/labels to the <legend> portion of the fieldset.

• is it possible to make the headings for 'Principal Investigator' and 'Data contact person' the same size as the rest of the field labels? if so please standardize font size
• and please try reducing the whitespace below each heading to tighten up the page
