Expected behaviour:
when we select a tab at the top nav bar, only one should be in focus at a time

Actual behaviour:
Both My dashboard and create plan tabs are focused (both a bit dark):

There should only be one active at a time:

Steps to reproduce:
Go to http://localhost:3000/plans/new

@briri @bhavi this sounds like something that should be fixed by one of the accessibility issues. can you please confirm? to reproduce, click Create Plans in the top nav.
