OEM URI Support on the Protocol validator

Currently, the protocol validator does not support OEM-specific URIs.
To enhance the existing workflow, we have implemented additional code and template (JSON) on top of the protocol validator.
These enhancements are designed to be non-intrusive and will not affect its existing behavior.

Why are OEM-specific URIs needed to test conformance to the Redfish protocol? There was some discussion about this in issue #92, but it's still not clear what the benefit would be.
