Leo should recursively copy extensions #745
Description
One of the options for a jupyterlab extension is to pass in a folder structure for an NPM package, however, currently Leo does not recursively copy files, so this option cannot be used. Passing in the folder structure rather than the tarball is optimal, because the folder itself can be checked into source control without any processing.
