What does this PR do?
Add a new SBOM type SERVERLESS_FUNCTION.
Motivation
We need to distinguish SBOMs sourced from serverless functions (AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Functions, etc.) from existing sources (container images, host filesystems, CI pipelines, host images). Without a dedicated source type, downstream consumers cannot route, tag, or filter serverless-function SBOMs correctly.
