Upgrade dd-trace to include aws-sdk fix

Actual Behavior

Header injection for distributed context was breaking AWS signed requests

Specifications

• Datadog Lambda Layer version: v9.118.0
• Node version: 20.x

Can this layer upgrade it's dependencies to include this fix in v5.33.0? It is breaking signed requests whenever we incorporate into services that use the aws-sdk.
