Syncs the shared devcontainer bundle from libdatadog-build:
.devcontainer/devcontainer.mk(shared make fragment).gitlab/devcontainer.yml(shared CI pipeline include)Both files are verbatim copies — edits here will be overwritten on
the next campaigner run. Edit upstream in libdatadog-build instead.

(test run on httpd-datadog only — base64 inline + git add -N)
