What does this PR do?
libdatadogcommit hash incrates/datadog-trace-agent/Cargo.tomlDD_AZURE_RESOURCE_GROUPin Azure flex consumption functions. Without that env var, the resource group span attribute will be set tounknown. Before, the resource group span attribute would be set toflex, which is incorrect and messes up the resource id and billingstringmetricscrate when checking 3rd party licenses - this is becauselibdatadogis using a tool that has less stringent checks than the rust license tool this repo usesMotivation
