[nodejs] Remove APM_TRACING_ENABLE_LIVE_DEBUGGING check

Motivation

This capability has been removed from DataDog/dd-trace-js#7137 and should therefore no longer be included in this temporary workaround.

Changes

Removed live debugging capability from expected capabilities for Node.js.
