Error handling for CORS-blocked layers

Describe the bug
Loading a layer that cannot be accessed because of CORS issues blocks the application.

Expected behavior
There should be a notification to the user and the application should be able to work with the remaining layers.

1. Go to 'LayerChooser'
2. Click on 'Kulturdenkmale'
3. Click on 'Basemap grau'
4. See error

This bug seems to be fixed.

Nevermind, it is not.

However, this is an upstream bug located in @masterportal/masterportalapi.
I will open a pull request there and link it here.

It is already fixed upstream with https://bitbucket.org/geowerkstatt-hamburg/masterportalapi/commits/eb528e07d70769786fcd1918855a426b3e8cf5c6, which is included in version 2.53.0.
