Major Updates
-Drastically speed up pipeline (2-5x!!!) using parallel processing for smoothing (option to select in GUI)

-Most recent GUI settings are now loaded by default
-Classifier optimization module now supports batch analysis on a parent directory containing folders with BD output and human annotation files (hB)
