Singularity recipes are provided (in the containers directory) to generate Singularity image files. These containers are required on HPC clusters but are well supported by GNU/Linux OSes only.
Docker containers can be used on a wider range of OSes, and Singularity that can seamlessly convert them into SIFs, therefore it would be desirable to provide equivalent Docker recipes as future replacements of the current Singularity recipes.
