feat(animation-debug): add dev-only animation debug tooling

Summary

• Adds animationDebugStore — a dev-only external store (tree-shaken in prod via process.env.NODE_ENV) for controlling animation speed, scrubbing to arbitrary progress, and freezing transitions mid-flight
• Adds window.__dcAnimationDebug console API: enable(), setSpeed(), scrub(), step(), pause(), play(), showAimOverlay(), showGhostRects(), forceReducedMotion()
• Adds AimOverlay and PageAimOverlay — dev crosshairs that render at the computed anchor point in the focus keyhole and page view, making aim drift visible across transitions
• Adds GhostRectsOverlay — fixed-position overlay painting source/target ghost rects during page-expand transitions
• Adds ControlBar — sticky dev HUD wiring all store state to UI controls
• Wires viewTransition.ts to use scaleDuration, getFrozen, and registerActiveAnimation; wires EvidenceKeyhole and InlineExpandedImage to render aim overlays in dev mode
• Adds AnimationDebugHarness — Playwright CT-mountable harness with a grid-backed image fixture and aim alignment panel
• Adds animationDebug.spec.tsx — 3 CT tests confirming the harness mounts, the console API is installed, and the aim overlay appears after clicking a citation
• Removes src/html-utils.ts (dead re-export, no importers)
• Simplifies ControlBar and GhostRectsOverlay by removing redundant serverSnapshot wrappers and replacing window.__dcAnimationDebug casts with direct store calls

CI: npm bootstrap script

The curl+tar workaround for the broken bundled npm is pragmatic, but two concerns:

Size limit: 25 KB → 90 KB

The 3.6× increase is explained in the docs (renderVerifiedHtml embeds the full CDN bundle), but the consequence is that any consumer importing from the main deepcitation entry now transitively includes ~74 kB of CDN content, even if they never call renderVerifiedHtml.

If renderVerifiedHtml is on its own subpath export (deepcitation/render), the CDN bundle stays out of the tree for SDK-only consumers. The tsup.config.ts already adds html-utils as a separate entry — the same pattern would work here. That would let the main entry stay at a lower limit and keep the 90 kB cap scoped to the render entry only.

animationDebugStore production gating

The process.env.NODE_ENV === "production" early-returns look correct. A few observations:

• NODE_ENV replacement at build time (tsup/esbuild) will dead-code-eliminate the production branches, so this achieves the stated tree-shaking goal.
• The window.__dcAnimationDebug assignment runs on module load in dev. Confirm there's no code path in the test environment (NODE_ENV=test) that accidentally treats test as equivalent to production — the current implementation is fine (it only guards on === "production"), but worth a quick eyeball of the animationDebugStore.test.ts beforeEach resets to make sure state doesn't leak between tests.

Three Playwright CT tests cover:

1. Harness mounts without error
2. window.__dcAnimationDebug is present
3. Aim toggle shows/hides crosshairs

Missing coverage for the more complex behaviors:

• Scrub / freeze: scrub(0.5, "page-expand") should halt an in-flight WAAPI animation at the right progress
• Speed scaling: setting setSpeed(0.1) should visibly slow animations by 10×
• Ghost rects: showGhostRects(true) should render the GhostRectsOverlay with correct source/target positions
• ControlBar: slider interactions (speed, scrub)

These don't all need to be in this PR, but a tracking issue or TODO comment would help.
