Enrollment: Add posibility to "hide" reset-password in the Settings

Some instances just use external SSO and do not use Defguard's internal SSO. Then the password reset feature is unnecessary.
Best would be to add a on/off switch for that in settings.

Result:

• Set toggle to show password reset to false in dev env. Go to the enrollment service and show that the password reset section is hidden.
• Set toggle to show password reset to true in dev env. Go to the enrollment service and show that the password reset section is visible.

aren't those things related? I mean if admin selects the external SSO, can't we just hide the reset password option automatically. Or in this task we are talking about some different use-case? @teon

@kchudy there is no clear description in the task but as far as i remember we had this type of function for the Enrolment screen, is that correct?
