Enrollment: Displaying Admin contact should be a settings option

Make the "defguard administrator" e-mail address that is displayed in the final step of Enrollment, configurable in core settings (to display contact data or not).
This should be in the new Enrollment Settings section.

In this example i'm showing how the on/off function for the admin email could look/ Let me know if that works

@Va1ter introducing a dedicated enrollment setting is better then in General settings.
But currently we show the admin who has created the user - he/she password.
So there should not be a switch but a select:

• Show the email address of the administrator who initiated the enrollment
• Show a specified address: [INPUT]
• Do not show admin contact
