Functionality for an admin to terminate a users VPN session

I can find no functionality for an admin to terminate a users VPN session.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to "kick" a user/device from his/its VPN Session, effectively cutting the connection without deleting the device or disabling / deleting the user.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None besides deleting device or disabling / deleting user which is a little too harsh.

Additional context
At times I (admin) would like to reject any incoming VPN Connections for a certain location and also terminate all existing connections. I can find no way to do so, besides powering down whole components.

I have next propositions:

1. Add user's connection status
2. Add connection status for devices
3. Add additional items to menu (user/device levels)

Questions:

• Is this functionality works like "ban" (user can't reconnect untill admin decides he allows user to do so) or this is just "one-time action" and user can reconnect when he wants?

• From the answer to the question above depends the menu behaviour - if user already disconnected - should i hide the menu item (disconnect user/device) or they should change to "reconnect.." or something

• Should we give admin the same function if user currently in offline mode? Should admin have an option to disconnect offline user so they wont be able to connect in future?
