Edit Gateway

• displaying gateways connected to a location on the location list (maybe the same as user's devices on the users list)
• entry point for editing a gateway
• gateway edit form

New version of the page with separate tabs (works much better, has more flexibility and has much less potential bottlenecks) - and much better entering point for adding new gateway as well
