Enrollment wrong parameter on administrator contact

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Website Enrollment'
2. Click on 'SSO from Microsoft'
3. Scroll down to 'bottom page'
4. Once your Defguard client is configured, you can close this window.

If you need assistance, please contact your defguard administrator at "user email."
5. See error
It will be user email not administrator email.

Expected behavior
Wrong parameter on Administrator email.
