[Bug]: MFA cache invalidation

Summary

Setting up an MFA method does not invalidate the cache properly

Steps to reproduce

1. Precondition: user has no mfa methods configured
2. Go to user profile
3. Setup a new MFA method (e.g. TOTP)
4. After relogin go again to user profile
5. Click on the Two-factor methods context menu

Expected behavior

"Disable all" option should be displayed

Actual behavior

"Enable" option is displayed
