[Feature]: Limiting Defguard Access to Selected Users via Entra ID

Problem description

When using Entra ID as an external OpenID provider I'd like to be able to limit Defguard access to users in a specific Entra group (or multiple groups).

Proposed solution

Add an option similar to "Sync only matching groups" which would allow only members of specific Entra groups to log into Defguard.
