This PR makes
primaryUseran attribute set rather than a string and brings the netrc path setting inside that attribute set. This PR also:isTrustedsetting to the Home Manager module that, in turn, adds thenetrc-fileandextra-trusted-public-keyssettings to the Nix config if it's set totrue.netrcpath in all three modules
