Program not open (Acces Denied)

Describe the bug

The program does not run, it is installed on local disk C, the error dialog shows something about "Unauthorized Access", it refers to "chromologger" which tries to create a ".log" file in the installation path.

Steps to reproduce

1.Try open the program
2. See the dialog error

Expected behavior

Open the program, start

The solution is to always run in administrator mode (A PR with these changes will be uploaded soon)

This happens because Windows imposes restrictions on the disk on which the operating system is installed.
