[FEATURE] Persist Code Search Queries after Eclipse closes

Proposal

All Queries that are still available in the history of the Eclipse Search View will be persisted to the current workspace upon closure of Eclipse.
An additional setting could be provided to control if only cancelled queries will be persisted or all.

The persisted Queries can then be viewed in a new dialog, where the following actions should exist per query:

• Execute
• Continue (if query was not finished yet)
• Delete
• Open in Search Dialog
