Implement alternative browser and OS version detection

While executing test with testcafe, caps passed were Chrome 99 and Win 11. On browserstack, the test ran with configured caps but caps printed on console is wrong.

Thank you for your feedback. TestCafe uses navigator.userAgent to determine the browser and OS versions. Modern browsers try to protect your privacy by hiding exact versions. Take a look at the screenshot from my Windows 11 machine:

iI brings a lot of confusion when the requested and reported versions do not match. But since this issue is not specific to the BrowserStack provider, I will move it to the core TestCafe repository.
