Misc web improvements

• Update the code to separate out the index.html into a .js .css and .html file.
• Minify the code before binary conversion
• Update code to use ES6
• Break points for smaller devices to improve mobile UX

Fluff

• Something like Monaco as an in browser editor would be fun.
• Pull payloads from the github repo (and/or a community database?)
