Users can switch mirror sources for pip and npm repositories

Provide faster download speed and better experience for users in some countries or regions that use the official warehouse to download slowly

This is my ui design.

I think this pip update is updated using commands. Here, it should be possible to add a judgment to add a temporary mirror source to realize this function. For pip and npm to check for updates, it is recommended to use the official source, after all, the official source is updated faster.

Thanks for the example, but I meant how to get pip.exe to actually change the source

Because it is updated using commands, for pip you can enable temporary source, for example pip install [package name] -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple some-package
