Trigger updates when no cursor movement is detected, so it does not interrupt the user

This, please. Just had the WinGetUI to UniGetUI auto-update trigger in the middle of a gaming session, taking focus away with a UAC prompt.

It was a game running in borderless fullscreen and not exclusive fullscreen, so don't know if that needs to be taken into account for any fullscreen or idle detection that ends up getting implemented. Same with doing updates based on detection of inactive mouse/keyboard input, I was using a Bluetooth gamepad at the time.
