"Recently updated" widget

As a person who has auto-update, it'd be nice to have a "recently updated" list that shows which apps were recently udpated

This functionality does not exist on WingetUI, so therefore a widget of it is not possible.

I am going to transfer this issue to marticliment/WingetUI
