[BUG] Failed operations don't toggle their background color when dark mode toggles #3209

Describe your issue

UniGetUI automatically changed from light to dark mode, and the colors of failed operations did not toggle to the dark mode colors. Successful operations were not affected, probably because they do not have a background color (unlike failed operations: red).

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Trigger failed operation.
  2. Toggle dark mode.

Relevant information

This should be a separate issue but: Scoop packages claim they don't get uninstalled, when they do (which is one of the failed operations). I'll make another issue for it...
