Since some days most of the software updates are failing with the below given error (all the same) - whereas when starting winget directly with the below given parameters it works fine.

Same problem. WingetUI is completly unuseable for me ever since I upgraded to UniGetUI. It cant detect packages. Its looking for pip in some random dir even though its in my path env variable.

KlausD-GH , give this workaround a try:

• download gsudo : https://github.com/gerardog/gsudo/releases/tag/v2.6.0 and extract gsudo.exe
• delete C:\Program Files\UniGetUI\Assets\Utilities\UniGetUI Elevator.exe (or rename to something else)
• copy and rename gsudo.exe to C:\Program Files\UniGetUI\Assets\Utilities\UniGetUI Elevator.exe
• Try to update any package that requires elevation -> check if gsudo can do the job!
