[IMPROVEMENT] Make UniGetUI be able to stop an app before updating it

Describe the improvement

Some apps, like Spotify, cannot be updated while running.
I understand, that closing an app automatically when updating may not be a desired behaviour by default, but having an option in the installation options to close the app before an update and then start it back up after an update by default would be great.
This way this behaviour can be set for apps, that require it.

Describe how this improvement could help users

Apps like Spotify could automatically be updated by UniGetUI and not require manual intervention, every time there is an update which kind of defeats the whole point of having auto update functionality.

I have published a PreRelease version that allows to kill apps before installing, updating or removing packages. I'd appreciate if you could test it and provide some feedback.
