Assign blank node ids to discovered performers

Instead of using the example.com namespace for newly minted performer IDs, use the blank node space. E.g. _:Alice or _:Bob.

Currently it's prepending an application URI which is making permanent looking ids. Using the blank namespace will make it explicit that the ids are non-transferable between graphs.
