Input/Output metadata mismatch behavior #124
Description
If the input grouping is different than the output grouping (e.g. jobs are run by Plate-Well-Site but are all output to a single Plate folder) then Your specified output structure does not match the Metadata passed. prints in the Cloudwatch log that matches the input structure but actual job progress is printed in the Cloudwatch log that matches the output structure.
We should consider if we want to handle this differently as this is confusing.
A fix could be as simple as including another print statement explaining this behavior and telling the user to look at the output structure log instead.
