waitJob.scripts.image value not passing to healamp/kyvernoPolicies since 3.7.0

waitJob is no longer passing correctly since 3.7.0

This is effecting the following helmreleases

kiali
headlamp
kyvernoPolicies

the format does not appear to have changed.

currently only known solution is to manually edit the waitjob pods to have correct registry as disabling the waitJob also does not work

@cbonoan pointed out that the waitjob image format did change. @kjerstad.bluestaq does using the new location solve the issue for you?
