Unable to run

So i tried running the program on Windows XP SP3 by dragging the exe out of the releases folder to the root folder, but when i click it to start i get an error that says "The application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem".

Im not sure what this means or how to fix it help

Those errors are weird. I don't know what else to say except to make sure that the manifest file is in the same folder, make sure the Visual C++ 2010 runtime is installed, and maybe try building it yourself.
