Worth updating?

I'm working on a microservice to work with Clio. I'm considering updating this Clio client library. It looks like I will have to update it to work with Python 3 and revise the code to work with Clio's version 4 API, primarily the file upload method.

Do you think that's worthwhile or should I start from scratch?

Any suggestions or guidance would be appreciated.
