Some scripts for managing Syncthing on Windows...

How to use?

• run update.cmd to download the latest version of syncthing (will extract to .\syncthing)
• use schedule-at-logon-add.cmd to schedule a task to run syncthing at logon
• use schedule-at-logon-remove.cmd to remove the scheduled task
• use start.cmd and stop.cmd to start/stop syncthing manually
• run open-gui.cmd to open a browser window to the web interface of syncthing
