About Linux Server

I'm using Ubuntu and using FrozenFlameServer.sh, where should I put the Command line arguments?
In addition, after I add parameters in \FrozenFlame\Saved\Config\LinuxServer\Game.ini, it will clear the parameters after starting the server. Is this a bug?
