Code Review

This PR aims to fix a security vulnerability by updating @angular/cli in package.json. However, as the PR description warns, the pnpm-lock.yaml file has not been updated. This is a critical step. Without updating the lock file, the vulnerability will not be fixed. Please run pnpm install to generate the new lock file and commit it before merging.

Note: Security Review has been skipped due to the limited scope of the PR.

For better consistency and to avoid potential versioning conflicts, it's a best practice to keep all @angular/* packages aligned to the same version. Since @angular/cli is being updated, I recommend updating the other Angular packages in this file to ^20.3.15 as well. This applies to packages in both devDependencies and dependencies.
