Lots to add and a few people on the forum who were having issue were patient enough to allow me to troubleshoot and helped me get it to the current state.
Custom colors per error / stage
Ability Disable door action if P1 printer (manual choice)
More logging info to help with troubleshooting
Changed Wifi connection method to start with connecting to strongest BSSI, (check 2seconds x 10) if still failed, try with no BSSI, and if that still fails, try without a password in case of open network)
Added version test to start-up sequence (twice for good measure)
fix for colors getting stuck / finish not staying green until door
inactivity LEDs off fix
tweaked WifiSetup page format and handling of linefeeds. Also added a clickable link when connected successfully
added current wifi strength to Setuppage (updates every refresh)
Better layout of Setuppage with more options
