Add posters gallery section with Google Drive links

Context

The project has presented posters at conferences, but there is no place on the website to showcase them. We need a dedicated section (or page) where poster images are displayed as news-like items, each linking to the full-resolution file on Google Drive.

Tasks

• Create assets/posters/ directory for poster thumbnail images
• Create a posters.qmd page (or integrate into the news page as a dedicated section)
• For each poster, include: thumbnail image, conference name, date, and a link to the Google Drive PDF
• Add the posters page to the navbar in _quarto.yml
• Add existing poster images to the directory

Design suggestion

A simple card/grid layout with each poster as a thumbnail, title, and "View full poster" link works well. Quarto supports this natively with listing pages or simple grid layouts.
