Still need to make a 2021.12 set, and then test this.

I've also changed the playbook a bit, and it now uses by default the bootstrap script from the git repo (or some other one that you can specify), unless you specify that you want to use the container's built-in script.

@bedroge The changes w.r.t. which bootstrap script is used by default and which alternatives you get still need to be reflected in the top-level README?

The top-level README already said something about how the container can be run, but I also added a note to the README in the playbook dir.

@bedroge We should disable the stable mode in the Prefix bootstrap script for now imho, cfr. #131.

Done in bedroge#1

@bedroge It seems like masking libgcrypt 1.9.4 is enough to work around the Prefix bootstrap problem on ppc64le (cfr. #134), so let's include that in the playbook as well? Done in bedroge#2

also add dev-libs/libgcrypt to package.mask to work around compilation error on ppc64le during Prefix bootstrap

This has been tested successfully on aarch64, pc64le and x86_64, with the resulting sets of packages being almost identical, so time to merge.

Thanks a lot for your efforts on this @bedroge!
