Failing build in LAMMPS due to tbb and ScaFaCoS on Aarch64

We've had to exclude ScaFaCoS and tbb from the list of dependencies when building the LAMMPS installation on Aarch64.

• tbb was failing to build on Aarch64 targets
• ScaFaCos caused the sanity check to fail
