Check for updates button click should auto update last-checked-date

When check for update completes and returns pop up box the last-checked-date is not updated to current time. One needs to do a refresh of the dashboard page to see the new last-checked-date. The feature request here is to make the necessary changes so the last-checked-date auto updates without need to do a dashboard refresh when check-for-updates is clicked.

• If not able to reach internet should report 'disconnected' error message. And should not update date.
• Default lastUpdated to build/release date. /etc/openwrt_release

When not connected to the WAN interface, on checking for updates, following pop up box that asks one to check internet connection, the "Loading ..." notice remains. It should revert to the earlier last checked date. Doing a refresh of the Dashboard is needed to display the earlier last checked date.
