Add International Crime Court rules for HTTPS #3200
ICC is making their online presence safer, so their website https://www.icc-cpi.int has been recently switched to HTTPS by default.
It would be very helpful to have a rule in HTTPS everywhere enforcing encryption from Tor Browser (and others using https-everywhere) to www.icc-cpi.int
