Remove RTM in more of the MOSART code (filenames, subroutines, variables etc.) #97
Description
Remove use of RTM in more of the MOSART code to distinguish it more from RTM. This is a nice cleanup step that wasn't done when MOSART started from RTM code and changed into it's own component. So something that could/should have been done earlier, but still a good thing to do now.
This is done in #76
