Themed2026 Presentation Style

Create a new presentation style that addresses the issues with the Default2022 presentation style. The changes will be made in phases.

• Make adjustments to the page template to prevent issues with the topic content overlaying the In This Article list and fix up some other issues with layout in general (partially done).
• Make other changes based on user feedback. Add a comment below describing any changes you would like to see.

Changes completed:

• Update the styles and layout as needed. Add support for light and dark themes and switching between them.
• Omit the ASPX and PHP files. They likely aren't needed anymore and PHP support was never fully implemented in the Default2022 style.
• Improve the search option to provide better search capabilities and results that show the topic titles and a brief summary of the content. Replaces Support "contains" searches in the PHP and JavaScript search code #929.
• Rework how the TOC is handled to reduce or eliminate the large number of TOC files generated for large projects. Replaces Reduce TOC file amount output #1104.

Omit the ASPX and PHP files. They likely aren't needed anymore and PHP support was never fully implemented in the Default2022 style.

Would it be an idea to make these things optional for one's build?

Perhaps, but I'm not even sure the PHP stuff works properly since I don't know anything about it and ASPX is extremely dated. The scripts all work client-side without them so their usefulness is questionable. Unless you are specifically publishing to a server that supports one or the other, it's going to fall back to the client-side script anyway. That will be the case for anything published to GitHub pages.
