why and how can i prevent it to detect variables and parameters spell error, even in some cases it's correct but it still detect and suggest weird suggestion.

Public and protected members are always spell checked. You can control what private/internal members the code analyzer spell checks using the options in the Code Analyzer Options. You can turn off the code analyzer completely to stop it spell checking the public and protected members in the General Settings. Comments and strings will still be spell checked as they are not handled by the code analyzer.
